Job Details

The Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to join their team, offering a starting hourly rate of $19-$24 based on experience.
As a Behavior Specialist, you will support children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, working with them to build important life skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily routines.
The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, growth and development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, bonus eligibility, and free college or tuition reimbursement.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of experience in ABA, and be comfortable working with a diverse population.
