**Cloudera is hiring a remote Director of Customer Pricing within Corporate Strategy** to lead commercial structuring and field pricing execution for large, complex enterprise deals.
This strategic role acts as a partner to field sales, focusing on designing scalable deal frameworks, driving pricing execution, and translating unique deal structures into repeatable programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead commercial structuring for strategic, high-stakes accounts in collaboration with Pricing Strategy, Value Management, and Sales leadership.
* Drive field pricing execution and create feedback loops to optimize commercial frameworks based on live deal data.
* Embed with account teams ("in the room") to co-pilot multi-million dollar negotiations and manage cross-functional dependencies.
* Build repeatable commercial programs to scale field adoption and ensure corporate consistency.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
* 6–8+ years in Commercial Deal Structuring, Deal Desk, Pricing Strategy, or Sales Operations within high-growth B2B Tech/SaaS.
* Deep expertise in value-based pricing, discounting frameworks, and large deal governance.
* Proven ability to bridge corporate pricing strategy with real-world field sales execution.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CPQ/CRM tools (Salesforce) and financial modeling.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Base salary range: **$157,000 – $175,000** (IL/CO ranges listed; eligible for corporate incentive plan).
