Director of UX Design Full-time Job

The Director of UX at iHerb will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall user experience vision, building and scaling a high-performing UX design team, and championing customer-first design across all digital touchpoints.
The role requires strategic vision, hands-on design leadership, and a focus on delivering intuitive and accessible experiences for millions of global customers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of design experience, with a focus on eCommerce, and 5+ years in a supervisory role, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Art, UI/UX Design or a related field.
The anticipated pay scale for this position is $205,956 - $275,834 USD per year, and the company offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays.
