Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to documentation requirements set forth by the Department of Home Affairs, Skill Assessment Authoritative organizations, and our company's internal policies.
2. Receive emails from our clients. Systematically gather, organize, edit, and rectify any discrepancies in the information provided by our clients.
3. Diligently review all submitted documents, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
4. Reply emails to our clients with the feedback.
5. Fill in forms and submit applications for vocational and tertiary education courses and programs.
6. Accurately input data into the IMMI System, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
7. Progress tracking for visa documents preparation.
8. Cooperate with Consulting Team and Marketing Team.
9. New staff training.
10. Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Candidate Qualifications:
1. Fluent in both spoken and written English, with proficiency in a second language (especially Mandarin) being a significant plus.
2. Have a foundational understanding of the various Australian Visa Types.
3. Have a foundational understanding of the Australian vocational and tertiary courses and programs.
4. Previous experience in administrative roles or handling paperwork is highly desirable.
5. Display meticulous attention to detail.
6. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
7. Committed to a full-time role.
8. Available to work during our office hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM SYD time, Monday to Friday, including up to 1-hour lunch break.
9. Own a reliable device with a stable internet connection and the ability to access Google Drive.
10. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
11. Be able to keep all the information confidential.
