The role involves helping essential industries (transportation, construction, manufacturing, etc.
) modernize operations through IoT solutions like video safety, telematics, and equipment monitoring.

**Key Details:** * **Location & Travel:** Remote (Toronto area); requires up to 50% domestic/international travel; proximity to a major airport preferred.
* **Core Responsibilities:** Act as a technical expert during pre-sales cycles—conducting discoveries, demos, proof-of-concepts, and deployment planning.
Bridge technical gaps by explaining complex IoT hardware/software to non-technical stakeholders, scripting API integrations, guiding hardware installations, and liaising between Product and Sales teams.
* **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in pre-sales/customer-facing technical roles; ability to explain technical concepts simply; experience with hardware/software evaluations, cloud-connected hardware, networking, and systems integration; basic electronics knowledge.
* **Ideal Qualifications:** 8+ years enterprise pre-sales experience; engineering degree (EE, CS, MechE); knowledge of CAN bus/PTO/vehicle diagnostics; scripting ability (Python, Bash, JS); API integration experience; hobbyist electronics background.
* **Compensation:** Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) of **$219,725 – $258,500 CAD** (base + variable/bonus + equity).
