This is a hands-on **Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Specialist** role within a small Growth Marketing pod focused on increasing brand visibility across AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), third-party listicles, and community platforms (Reddit, Hacker News).

The position prioritizes high-volume execution over strategy—requiring roughly **two shipped items per day** (content, community insertions, or outreach)—with success measured by AI coverage lift and qualified inbound traffic.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of direct content, SEO, community, or PR execution experience, write clearly and concisely, use LLMs daily with an intuition for how they source answers, and thrive in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment with clear weekly output targets.
