The role involves developing creative strategies to find top talent globally, engaging with senior-level hiring partners, and building talent pipelines for senior-level technical talent and organizational leaders.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field, with skills in candidate engagement, technical and industry experience, and implementing targeted external sourcing initiatives.
The compensation package includes a salary range of $226,024 to $237,600 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
