Hilton is seeking a Managing Director of Corporate Group Sales to lead a team of sales directors and drive revenue growth through corporate sales.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or meetings and events management, with a proven track record of managing and leading a team.
The role is remote, with up to 40% travel required, and offers a salary range of $120,000 - $190,000 per year, as well as eligibility for the Sales Incentive Plan and long-term incentive plan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs and events.
