Organic Growth Manager, SEO & AEO Full-time Job

**The Role:** They are hiring an **Associate SEO and AEO Manager** to build and own the organic growth engine from the ground up.
This is a strategic "builder" role focused on both traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)—ensuring YipitData’s proprietary insights are discoverable via search engines and cited by AI assistants.

**Key Responsibilities:** * Own end-to-end SEO/AEO strategy, including technical foundations, on-page optimization, and AI citation tracking.
* Map buyer-journey questions to a prioritized content roadmap and detailed editorial briefs.
* Manage content production/quality assurance with the internal YipitAgent team.
* Build reporting systems for organic/AI traffic, citation share, conversions, and pipeline attribution.
* Optimize third-party presence (Reddit, G2, Crunchbase) and PR citation strategies.
* Run continuous experiments on content structure, format, and distribution.

**Ideal Candidate:** Requires **4+ years of hands-on B2B SEO/organic growth experience** with **direct experience in AEO/Generative Engine Optimization**.
Must be technical (crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals), data-driven, experimental, and skilled at translating keyword research into authoritative content briefs.

**Compensation & Benefits:** Base salary range of **$108K–$123K** plus equity.
