The Office of the Ohio Consumers' Counsel (OCC) is hiring a **Regulatory Financial Analyst** in Columbus, OH, to advocate for residential utility consumers in electric, natural gas, telephone, and water cases.
The role involves analyzing complex utility filings, revenue requirements, and rate impacts; performing financial modeling (ROE, CAPM, DCF); and serving as an expert witness in regulatory proceedings before the PUCO and FERC.
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics (graduate degree preferred) with 5+ years of utility regulation experience and strong technical writing and data analysis skills.
