Job Details

GenesisCare is seeking a Senior Field Services Specialist to join their IT team, supporting 2,500 users across 47 sites.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT support or field services, preferably in healthcare, and advanced proficiency in various technologies such as Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking.
The role involves providing expert-level on-site and remote IT support, leading and mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
