SEO & GEO Content Specialist Full-time Job

Fresh Prints is hiring a remote **SEO & GEO Content Specialist** to reclaim organic search dominance in the collegiate apparel space.
The role prioritizes high-quality writing over keyword stuffing, requiring a writer who can create engaging, student-focused content (blogs, guides, landing pages) while executing technical SEO (on-page optimization, internal linking) and a relevant backlink strategy.
A key differentiator is ownership of **GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)**, developing strategies to appear in AI search results (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews).

**Core Responsibilities:** * **Content Creation:** Plan/write a seasonal content calendar targeting Greek life and custom apparel keywords with a smart, warm, irreverent voice.
* **On-Page SEO:** Optimize meta data, headers, and site architecture; collaborate with Tech on launches.
* **Link Building:** Earn placements in Greek life media, college papers, and lifestyle publications via outreach, guest posts, and data-driven stories.
* **GEO Strategy:** Create content structured for AI citation; monitor and iterate based on AI search visibility.
* **Analytics:** Track traffic, rankings, and ROI; run content audits to optimize existing assets.

**Requirements:** 2+ years experience; proven portfolio with SEO results; expertise in Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC; deep understanding of search intent and on-page best practices; familiarity with AI search trends; self-directed work style.

**Logistics:** Fully remote.
Must be available **5 PM – 1 AM PHT (Philippine Time), Mon–Fri**.
Compensation: **$700–$1,000 base + $40 night-shift allowance/month**.
