**Job Title:** Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist (Req #26WD98261) **Company:** Autodesk
**Overview:**
This role serves as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, primarily within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations), AI & Data Management, and Platform Services verticals.
The specialist partners with Account Executives and Technical Leads to architect complex, multi-product solutions, lead high-impact demonstrations and proofs-of-concept, and align technical capabilities to business outcomes.
The position also involves mentoring junior staff, creating reusable technical assets, and providing product feedback to engineering teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Solution Architecture & Advising:** Architect end-to-end solutions and contribute domain expertise to Customer Technical Visions.
* **Technical Validation:** Lead customized demos, design/execute pilots and POCs, and resolve complex technical objections.
* **Commercial Support:** Architect technical components of enterprise proposals and quantify business value/ROI.
* **Enablement & Leadership:** Build custom demo assets, create reusable technical content, contribute thought leadership, and mentor junior specialists.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to drive account strategy and product improvement.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* 5–8+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing technical consulting.
* Proven experience supporting enterprise customers with complex, multi-product solutions.
* Strong ability to deliver executive-level technical storytelling and influence stakeholders.
* Experience leading technical demonstrations, pilots, and POCs.
* Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Direct experience in AEC, AI/Data Science, or related Autodesk industries.
* Prior mentoring/coaching experience.
* History of creating reusable demo assets, enablement content, or thought leadership.
* Familiarity with ROI modeling, value engineering, and enterprise SaaS/cloud integrations.
