**Job Title:** Area Business Manager – Dermatology (Field Based, Cincinnati, OH)

**Role Overview:** This position drives revenue and market share growth for dermatology biologics—specifically treating Atopic Dermatitis, Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria, Prurigo Nodularis, and Bullous Pemphigoid—by engaging dermatologists and key stakeholders within an assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities:** * Execute clinically focused selling strategies to grow brand share and meet product goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional field teams (Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, Regeneron counterparts) to develop territory strategies.
* Build relationships with dermatology experts, biologic coordinators, and advocacy groups.
* Plan promotional speaker programs and manage territory budgets.
* Ensure strict compliance with all Sanofi US policies and pharmaceutical promotion regulations.

**Qualifications:** * **Basic:** Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years pharma/biotech/device sales experience; proven sales success in complex markets; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
* **Preferred:** 2+ years selling subcutaneous/IV biologics or dermatology products (especially Atopic Dermatitis); experience calling on dermatologists; specialty/biologics launch experience; matrix/alliance partnership experience.

**Compensation & Benefits:** * **Salary Range:** $125,250 – $180,917 (commensurate with experience).
