, is seeking a Business Planning & Operations Lead to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales operations strategy, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating a reporting framework for opportunities and forecasting.
They will also conduct sales analysis, drive internal strategy for CRM, and manage territory alignment and segmentation.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, or process improvement.
The salary for this position ranges from $234,771 to $247,500 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
