Head of AI Strategy & Delivery Full-time Job

They are seeking a highly technical and visionary Head of AI Strategy & Delivery to lead and scale their company-wide AI efforts, defining the long-term AI roadmap and driving real business impact across multiple products and teams.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or platform engineering roles, with a strong background in architecture, AI strategy, and technical leadership, and will be responsible for owning the company-wide AI strategy, leading architecture and delivery of production-grade AI systems, and overseeing AI/ML Ops.
The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 USD annually, with benefits including performance bonus, equity, and standard employee benefits programs.
