**Nebius Academy** (operating under TripleTen) is hiring a **Senior Enterprise Account Executive** to drive U.
S.
growth for their enterprise AI upskilling platform.
The company helps organizations move from AI curiosity to adoption by embedding practical AI skills into daily workflows for engineers, managers, and leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:** * Own complex, multi-year enterprise deals end-to-end (3–6+ month cycles).
* Sell consultatively to C-suite stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, CHROs, Heads of L&D/Engineering).
* Lead deep discovery to translate AI transformation needs into commercial narratives.
* Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and shape solutions around specific business goals.
* Partner with Product and Leadership to refine positioning and build sales playbooks in an early-stage environment.

**Requirements:** * 10+ years enterprise B2B sales experience closing high-value, complex deals.
* Strong SaaS background, ideally in **EdTech, HR Tech, or L&D**.
* Existing network/relationships in the corporate learning/L&D space.
* Proven ability to sell transformation (not just features) to C-level executives.
* High autonomy, resilience, and comfort operating without fully built structure.
