Conversica is hiring a **Senior Revenue Operations Analyst** to serve as the primary Salesforce/CPQ administrator and reporting lead for their GTM operations.
Reporting to the CFO, this high-autonomy individual contributor role owns system configuration, executive-level dashboards (pipeline, ARR, churn), and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Deal Desk, and Billing to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
Key qualifications include 5–7+ years in B2B SaaS RevOps/Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Admin certification (CPQ Specialist a plus), and strong executive-facing reporting skills.
The role offers a base salary of **$120k–$140k** (OTE $132k–$154k with 10% bonus), equity, and a fully remote work environment at a profitable, AI-driven company.
