**Company & Role Overview** Zuora provides a platform for modern business models (subscriptions, usage-based, AI-driven) to automate billing and drive recurring revenue.
The **Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA)** acts as a strategic advisor for *existing* customers, maximizing the value of their Zuora implementation by aligning solutions with business goals, optimizing Order-to-Revenue operations, and delivering measurable outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities** * **Strategy Alignment:** Develop phased, scalable roadmaps tailored to customer objectives and subscription management best practices.
* **Strategic Advisory:** Provide insights on industry trends, process optimization, and innovation opportunities to ensure continuous value extraction.
* **Workshops & Optimization:** Lead standardization and technical workshops to refine configurations, improve system performance, streamline integrations, and maximize ROI.

**Required Qualifications** * 5+ years hands-on expertise in **Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ** modules.
* 10+ years domain experience in **Billing/Revenue Management** and **ERP platforms** (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
* Proven track record delivering strategic roadmaps and advisory services.
* Strong integration proficiency (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL) connecting ERP, CRM, and core systems.
* Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced Zuora Certifications (Billing Certified Consultant, Delivery Architect).
* Compliance knowledge (ASC 606, IFRS 15, GDPR).
* Global project leadership and independent consulting experience.

**Compensation & Benefits** * **Base Salary Range:** $150,500 – $194,800 USD (varies by location/qualifications).
