Director, Earned and Owned Strategy Full-time Job

**Wpromote is hiring a remote Director of Earned & Owned Strategy** to lead enterprise-level organic growth initiatives (SEO, Content, Local SEO, AI Search) across a multi-brand portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Director, this individual contributor role focuses on developing integrated strategies, translating business objectives into actionable roadmaps, and advising C-suite clients.

**Key Requirements:** 5+ years agency/brand-side experience leading Earned & Owned programs; proven success with enterprise search transformations; deep understanding of AI Search evolution; and strong executive communication skills.

**Compensation & Benefits:** $118k–$130k base salary + annual performance bonus.
